Rick Tydings – President PRI - US
Rick Tydings joined AB&T in 1973 after completing his studies in
marketing and finance at the University of Maryland. Rick became
President and CEO of AB&T in 1994 and has overseen the growth of
AB&T into a national sales and marketing firm. He oversees all
aspects of the company and its subsidiaries. He has served on over
30 advisory boards and rep councils for those companies AB&T
represents. Rick now splits his duties between the operational
structure of AB&T and the day to day activities of PRI.
Donald Ruan – President, PRI-Asia Pacific
Shanghai born,
Donald earned college degrees both in Taiwan and California. He
served as a partner in Unind Int. And Executive VP Taiwan and Hong
Kong Trading Co. He has been CEO of ProView Tech., KDS, MAG
Innovision, and CTX Int. He was a board member of Waffer Int., and
MAG Innovision. While founder and CEO of Ascenda Corp, Donald is
also Chief Resident Representative in Shanghai for China
Development Financial Holdings Corp, an arm of the banks in China
and a Delegate to The Sixth Annual World Chinese Entrepreneur
Convention.
Edgar H Nugent III – CFO
Ed spent the past 23 years with Marriott Corp in various positions
from Assistant Controller up to VP of Operations and Finance for
Marriott’s International Division in Bethesda, MD. Ed brings a
vast wealth of knowledge in management, operations, and financial
backgrounds while working and living overseas for Marriott in
Panama City, Panama, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Frankfurt, Germany.
Ed holds a B.S. in Accounting and Economics from Florida State,
and a M.S. in Accounting and Finance Management from the
University of Maryland
Jim
Reggio – Contract Sales and Project Management
Jim joins PRI with over 35 years in the furniture and fastener
business. Jim’s past experience covers sourcing and purchasing for
manufacturers in both the consumer and corporate building
industries. Addition bio info will be added shortly as Jim is the
most recent addition to PRI’s staff servicing our customers.
Howard Pinoos – VP of Engineering
Howard has more than 25 years of sales, engineering, success
representing a wide range of products and services in both
domestic and international markets. Howard has served in various
capacities for internationally companies such as ICI (Region
Engineering Manager), Burmah Castrol (District Sales Manager),
KATS Coatings (General Manager) and Vesper Corporation (VP of
Sales). Howard has traveled extensively within North & South
America, East Asia and the United Kingdom to assist Fortune 500
companies in the area of contract manufacturing services and
maintains a strong background in implementing new and existing
product outsourcing programs for both industrial and retail
requirements. Howard holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from
Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey.
